- Ensure proper fit between core size and transmitter housing for required airtightness
- During housing assembly, maintain vertical alignment and apply even pressure to avoid damaging the compensation plate
- Provide special instructions if measured medium is incompatible with 316L diaphragm and housing material
- Avoid pressing sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects to prevent damage
- Keep gauge pressure core port open to atmosphere and prevent entry of water, vapor, or corrosive media
- Refer to actual core label for any pin lead changes
