Sensor Tekanan Piezoresistif Silikon HT26V
Pengantar sensor tekanan silikon:
Sensor tekanan silikon HT26V adalah jenis piezoresistif, intinya adalah penyebaran komponen kristal silikon yang sangat stabil. Perbedaan tekanan dari media yang diukur ditransfer ke diafragma silikon melalui diafragma isolasi 316L dan minyak silikon yang disegel. Struktur khusus dibuat dari diameter konvensional 19mm dan sangat disesuaikan, dengan bagian baja tahan karat tersedia serendah 7mm. Catu daya tegangan konstan 5-10V, keluaran reguler. Sensor tekanan HT26V dilengkapi dengan o-ring, digunakan untuk segel tekanan, pemasangan yang mudah.
