HT19V Piezoresistive Silicon Pressure Sensor
Pengenalan sensor tekanan silikon:
HT19V Paket sensor menggunakan minyak silikon untuk mentransfer tekanan dari diafragma 316L stainless steel ke elemen sensor.Sebuah substrat keramik dilampirkan ke paket yang berisi resistor laser trimmed untuk kompensasi suhu dan koreksi offsetSebuah resistor tambahan yang dilengkapi laser yang dapat digunakan untuk menyesuaikan amplifier diferensial eksternal dan memberikan interchangeability span dalam ± 1%.
